There are lots of local support services young people can access to support them with their next steps including information, advice and guidance and support to find a job.

CSW Group manage the transitions contract in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay on behalf of Devon County Council. CSW Group provide support to help young people make successful transitions into employment, education and training. Your school will already be working with CSW group and you should be able to access their support through school.

Youth Hub Devon is a physical hub which is co-located with Exeter Works in Princesshay in Exeter city centre. The Youth Hub provides information and guidance to young people aged between 16 and 24 about education, training and employment. The service is provided by trained advisors who can offer the time to understand a young person’s needs and make sure they receive the right support. The Youth Hub provides further information and the facility to book an appointment.

The Skills Launchpad is the online offer from the Heart of The South West (HOT SW) LEP covering the South West region – there is lots of advice and guidance for young people on the Skills Launchpad website.
